Network Port

• Go to GP Lumut to check network port are available and check that port functioning well or not.

Mozilla FireFox

• Install Mozilla FireFox new version for staff.
• Disable updates for oracle for java support.

           Open Mozilla FireFox → option → Advanced → update → Click 'never for
           check updates'

Domain System

• Learn about Domain System - Can control from server

                                                         - No need to go user's place

8th Week Of Internship

Toshiba telephone guide 

• Doing Toshiba change name and number guide to make IT team easier to refer

Helpdesk System   

• Handle Helpdesk System
• Add request in helpdesk system
• Close cases that settle down.

Disable Cortana in windows 10.

•  Regedit → Admin → Local_mechine → software → policies→ microsoft→ windows →add (windows Search) → AllowCortana → modifiy(0) → restart 

Canon

• Fusing Belt error in Canon printer at Admin office. Handle vendor until he change fusing belt in printer.

Share folder

• Create share folder for KL user and remote their computer.

7th Week Of Internship

Helpdesk System 

•  Updating  request in Helpdesk System 
• Close cases that settle down in Helpdesk  
• Managing Helpdesk System

PC Information 

• Find out user's PC information   -Host name, Service tag, OS, Processor, Memory size,       Hard disk size, Screen size.
• Search KL desktop information file that missing. 
• Fill form of Notebook information of KL. 

NAS Back Up list  

• Updating latest date of  NAS Back Up Share folder list 

Conference call guide        

• Doing conference call guide to make IT teeam esier to refer.

6th Week Of Internship

Installation.

• Install Window 7                                          
• Install bitdenfender (64 bits)

• Going to GP Lumut with vendor to configure wifi speed.            

Helpdesk System 

• Trying to do better type of summary report for helpdesk system.

Nas Back Up list  

•  Updating latest date of  Nas Back  Up list.

• Make a chromebook more useful  
• Revive old or slow PC

5th Week Of Internship

Toshiba telephone.

• Learn how to setup speed dial for Toshiba telephone.

Help desk.

• Create a simple summary of Helpdesk to make all user can understand the report.          

Clear IT store.

• Arrange and clean all old hardware and arrage new IT hardware in store room
• Take note the hardware details.  
• Make sure all hardware have hostname, model, service tag.

Speed dial.

• Updating speed dial for user
• Make sure speed dial only for important user's.  

Printer problem.

• User can't scan their file, got some setting problem and now user can scan their files.
