4th Week Of Internship

Travel to Kuala Lumpur




  • Going to Kuala Lumpur to send hardware such as company notebook and hand phone to new employee.
  • Check hardware in store such as notebook, mouse, keyboard are available.
  • Take note of serial number of company telephone.
  • Complete the  telephone problem that is telephone not function suddenly and call vendor(TM).
Test print of printer
  • Test print printer in Admin, Human Resource, QA and store.
  • Test such as print, scanning, copier
  • Report to vendor and solve printer that got problem.
  • Identify the quality of printer
  • Meeting with manager discuss about test print.
Desktop problem
  • Change hardisk in desktop and report to Dell that one of desktop not function.

3rd Week Of Internship

Format Notebook
  • Study how to format user notebook.
  • Try to do format notebook.
Summary of telephone speed dial
  • Update the summary of telephone speed dial by using Excel.
Domain Name
  • Search user Domain Name and fill in Internet User List Proxy.
Mapping Share folder
  • Going to Green Prospect Lumut to mapping share folder for user's PC. So, that user can copy and paste their important files in that folder as a back up for secure.
Back Up list
  • Update latest date of back up user to make user back up their important file.

2nd Week Of Internship

Zimbra
  • Study about Zimbra. Zibra is one of the web page that user in Green Prospect used as send Email and easy to chat with another user.
Back up file 
  • Write down the list of back up user.
  • Update back up user in excel.
Updating latest date
  • Update latest date of back up user and make sure all user have to back up their important files.
Manage Engine Help Desk summary

  • Every month i have to do summary of Manage Engine Help Desk and show to Manager.

Maxis Bill
  • Check maxis bill of user.
  • Calculate their bill whether correct or not.

1st Week of Internship

Briefing for Internship students
  • Briefing about company Green Prospect Sdn.Bhd.
  • Second briefing about Safety of Company.
Meet Mr.Rajini who is manager of IT Department of Green Prospect
  • Discuss with Manager about workflow.
  • Study and learn how to use and manage Manage Engine Help Desk System. User can update in this system that user have any IT problem so, IT team easy to know the problems and can help user at right time.      
Collect the model and serial number of telephone
  • Collect the model and serial number of telephone of every user
  • Updating the telephone information in excel      
Collect IP address of PC user. 
  • Collect all PC user's IP Address in Green Prospect, Sitiawan
  • Update antivirus in user's PC
Travel to Green Prospect Lumut.
  • Going to Green Prospect Lumut for check telephone's device model, serial number and mac ID
  • Update antivirus for employee PC
