Conclusion

Industrial Training is one of the mandatory requirement for the award of the Polytechnic Diploma Certificate of the Ministry of Higher Education of Malaysia. Industrial Training, students are not only able to improve their skills in the field but also students are exposed to the technique of preparing and writing reports.

Throughout the 6 months I worked with the Green Prospect IT team, I was assigned to handle various different work operations either individually or with IT staff.

Although I am a polytechnic trainer here, they are very welcome to me in the family of Green Prospect IT there and consider me as a regular employee. This can make it easier for me to interact with all the groups of workers and allow me to adapt to the diverse range of job environments. Aspects of discipline and self-confidence also increase as I now believe I am able to do the work  directed while following all the rules set. I have learned how to communicate with workers in this company. It is very important to produce good work and to work smoothly without any problem.

While industrial training is compulsory subject for all students, it is the best return on the student. Finally, I would like to express my gratitude and thanks to God for completing Industrial Training at Green Prospect, Sitiawan successfully, while maintaining the reputation of the polytechnic. So, it is my hope that the Polytechnic of Malaysia can continue the training program in this Industry.
