- Collect information of Walkie Talkie for make IT team easy to refer.

15th Week Of Internship

Install Printer
- User can't print so uninstall old version and install back new version of printer device.
- Test print and test scan. Then, set new version printer as default for user.

Copy sticky notes windows 7 to windows 10
- User profile(win 7)→ appdata→ roaming→ Microsoft→ sticky notes(copy)→ User profile→  appdata→ local→ packages→ Sticky notes→ local state(create new folder (Legacy))→paste that sticky notes(ThresNotesHold.snt)

14th Week Of Internship

 Recovery PC

-Windows deactivated have to recovery for 3 PC for activated back.

Microsoft Office.

- Call Microsoft Office to activate Office. 

PatchCord

-   Do own Patch Cord.

13th Week Of Internship

Formatting  

 - Recovery PC, install driver, install standard software and upgrade windows 10 for all user.

Desktop preparation

 -  Prepare desktop and monitor for new employee.

Printer problem

- Can’t print. Uninstall old driver and install back new printer driver.
